(5). A settlement to be made once per month or per quarter in accord with quantity as per (4) for all gauges made by you.

(6). Each gauge made by you to bear the words "LeClair Petrol Gauge".

(7). The gauge shall not be sold retail to your customers for less than 5/- each (I would suggest for customers already possessing cars, that you supply the gauge already fitted to a new cap & charge accordingly).

(8). That the above arrangement shall hold good for three years, and be renewable thereafter for further periods of three years.

In the event of your desiring to manufacture on licence I would go further into the matter with my patent agent and get him to prepare a proper agreement for signature by both parties.
