Dear Mr.Grylls,
With reference to your letter of the 2nd instant and also to our telephone conversation of this morning, I just wish to confirm that it will be quite convenient for you to come over to these Works on the 14th instant when we shall be very pleased to give you trial runs on some of our larger cars fitted with gearboxes which have unground teeth on the gears. 10-30 a.m. will be quite convenient.
