Dear Sirs,

We shall be leaving our Cadillac Car at your Willesden Junction Works on Monday next, the 28th inst.

Will you please re-line the brakes and investigate the cause of the gear lever coming out when in top gear.

Will you please advise us of the date when the car will be ready for delivery.
