Dear Sir,

I have been in communication with Professor Morgan recently with regard to the vacancy which has arisen in your Experimental department. I understand that you would like to interview me this week. If such would be convenient to you, I could see you at 3.0 P.M on Friday afternoon, 4th May. (I should be travelling during the morning and evening). Thanking you for the opportunity you have offered me
