I can see no reason why cars so fitted should give dissatisfaction, and subject to satisfactory completion of 10,000 miles test, manufacture should, in my opinion, be proceeded with so far as heavy covered cars are concerned. Presumably we shall have to take some risk by ordering springs in small numbers prior to the completion of the 10,000 miles. If this is necessary I agree to it being done. Yours ever, CJ. | ||
