We are sending under separate cover a new "over-riding control valve unit" for your car.

This unit has a stronger spring than the standard Bentley chassis, and should give you approximately the same damping as you now have in the maximum position of the steering column control, in the centre position. The range from the centre position to the hard position will all be extra.

In order to fit the new unit, disconnect the pipe from the governor unit to the frame under change speed mechanism. Then unscrew the hexagon immediately above the pipe unit.
