SpectreCodename for Phantom III - Front Dampers. SECRET.

Herewith is N.Sch.4603 which shews the simple governor-controlled valve adapted to the autolock damper arrangement shewn on N.Sch.4520. The valve pieces only are different from that scheme, all other pieces being unaltered except of course for the modifications to ensure tightness of the spring housing joints made since that drawing, these modifications being indicated on N.Sch.4603.

As it is intended to concentrate on this adaptation of N.Sch.4520, we are doing no further work on the unit construction damper. All cars as soon as possible are to have this N.Sch.4520/4603 scheme, and we especially wish to make sure that it is fitted to the 3rd SpectreCodename for Phantom III for France.
