SpectreCodename for Phantom III Rear Damper Suspension. We should like to have the slightly modified suspension plates shown on M.Sch.4525 (Autolock rear damper) fitted to the 12 production chassis with the present dampers. This is necessary to reverse the damper casings so that the filler plug will be nearer the centre of the car. The present position is not accessible on certain types of bodies. If the new suspension plates are fitted it is then possible to reverse the dampers by using the offside damper casing on the nearside of the car. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A.
