Water Exclusion Tests.

Please note that on 5-B-IV and 3-B-IV front axles we have opened out one drain hole on the drums to 5/16", in order to take measurements of the quantity of water entering the drum.

We may want to repeat these tests, so will you please not plug these holes permanently for the time being.
