BENTLEY CHASSIS

K.L.G. 765A SPARKING PLUGS.

Your memo K/KC/DPB/9.8.35., has been passed on to me for attention. In the first place we should be interested to know the reason for the excessive oiling up on this Bentley chassis because in our experience plug oiling up trouble as distinct from the usual cause of misfiring is very rare.

We have a new sparking plug which we have developed for the Bentley chassis in view of your trouble experienced with the 765A we propose sending you a set down to Kingsbury for you to try out on the next chassis which gives you trouble with plugs and should be interested to have your report on the same. The type of plug is K.L.G.850 and it is a plug which we are hoping to standardise having done quite a considerable amount of running on experimental Bentley chassis with very good results especially in regard to life underfull throttle work.

At the same time we should be interested to receive for examination the plugs which have been giving you trouble recently.
