RECEIVED ROAD SPRINGS. ----------- In view of your memo CWB8/GM.5.12.28. and the decision arrived at at the Conference on Novr. 21st. that if no excess was shown to be carried on the offside, then we should instruct similar springs on each side of the chassis. I am instructing all future cars to be treated this way for springing, but we do not of course propose to make any changes on cars which have already been fitted with springs. BY.{R.W.
