A.B. Roberts from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hotel de France, Chateauroux, Indre, France. X7941 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/AD4.7.32. 19-EX. We thank you for your letter of 2.7.32. We note that the car is now running satisfactorily and that you appear to be having no trouble with air locks to the carburetter. What we are now anxious to obtain is the mean speed timed for the car on a level piece of road, both way runs being taken. We suggest, if possible, you get a two or three kilometre stretch so that the errors in timing will not be magnified. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
