The delayed receipt of two Lucas magnetos sent for an update.

We are still awaiting the receipt of the two Lucas magnetos Nos. 51 and 54B. which we returned to them in June last to be brought up-to-date. We have a letter from them dated October 14th telling us that "the magnetos are now complete and will be despatched to you to-day". But just at that time we had sent them a revised specification of performance and I think they have probably postponed sending the magnetos as a result. We do not see, however, why they should not subsequently have sent these to us. EFC+ Received - | ||
