We thank you for your letter of the 5th instant, and your remarks in regard to 'Hyco' Friction Material have been duly noted.

With reference to the two 13½" diameter Driven Plates which you are returning to us to be relined with Ferodo No.6. material. We would advise you that we are arranging for this work to be carried out, and the plates to be returned to you with a minimum of delay.
