Anti-Rattle Scheme for Synchromesh
Sleeve - Bentley.

We wish to try some stronger springs in the plungers of the above scheme (N.Sch.4095).

The following are particulars of the springs we require :-

Wire 17 gauge (0.056)
Mean dia. 0.330
5 Working Coils + 1 extra at each end
Free length 0.600
Load at 0.450 = 12 lbs + 1/2 - 1/4

Will you please make 12 of the above springs. We will let you know later to which chassis we want these fitted.
