Owner's Complaint: Rear axle noisy.
Cause: Failure of outboard bearing extension of pinion.
Work done: Change rear axle unit complete.
Remarks: Car came to K 10.15.a.m. 31.7.37. Stock axle unit fitted. Collected by owner 5.30.p.m. 31.7.37. Defective unit returned to W for examination & repair. (No.A.4.B.G.10/41.) under cover of our advice note No.5099. Owner has been in touch with S.
