Attention: Mr. Robotham.

Dear Sirs,

We have pleasure in referring to the visit of the undersigned to your Works on Monday last and in regard to the question of larger series clutch capable of taking care of 330 ft. lbs. torque, it is understood that this matter is temporarily placed in abeyance pending results of your trial on the sample 10.A3 clutches which the writer brought along with him.

In connection with the question of clutch servo with a view to assisting pedal operation we are preparing diagrammatic layouts and will submit same to you at an early date. However, as advised we have prepared a working model demonstrating the features involved, and it has occurred to us that if convenient to your goodselves it would be as well for one of your representatives to visit our Works with a view to seeing the actual demonstration model which we have made up. We shall be pleased to hear from you as to whether this suggestion is agreeable to your goodselves.

In the meantime assuring you of our best attention at all times,

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED
