CHASSIS GMK.49. G.B.Flather. RE COMPLAINT OF MOTION TRANSMITTED TO STEERING WHEEL.

ed {J. L. Edwards} You have on test a special steering which was design/by R. {Sir Henry Royce} and put on test experimentally with the object of fitting it to the above customer's car if it was agreed that the proposal overcomes the trouble.

The design was a special one to fit the new steering to an existing type chassis. I would like to know whether you are in a position to recommend the fitting of the new steering column to the car in question at this juncture. If so, we will take the matter up with BJ. and obtain his consent.
