BY Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} G.OMB. X4115 EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 2/H26.3.26. re. 20-HP. Rear Spring to Axle Clips working loose. GPK-32, Barkers Trials has again developed the above trouble, causing very objectionable running. This has already been in the Works twice for the same trouble. Wor {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} will remember that it was on this case he and SFT. {Mr Swift} gave the matter their personal attention. The clips have been again tightened by 'N' and the car is again in service. Sales are anxious to know what action is being taken in regard to this trouble, i.e. what to do in case of complaint, and what about chassis now being turned out, and what future considerations.
