Y4613 SEMI ISOLATION OF SCUTTLE. We are sorry to hear that the adoption of semi isolation has been delayed. As the Repair Dept. constantly have to fit this to customers cars to overcome complaints of jellying, we presume coachbuilders will be encouraged to use it retrospectively where owners complain and so relieve the Works from carrying out the modification which should really be done by the coachbuilders.
