In the present instance I note the original attached was issued by the D.O on the 16th ultimo and sent to HB{C. E. Harcombe}, being then passed by him to the C.O who, on receipt requisitioned a print on January 21st. The print itself reached the C.O. on January 26th, i.c. 5 days later, and was sent to Messrs. Marston on February 1st. It is suggested, should similar cases arise in future, that the D.O not only give us a note pointing out the urgency of the matter, but let us have the print at the same time.
