Bentley Front Brakes - Water Excluder.

Referring to the question of stopping up the various holes in the brake drum and carrier, the inner row on the drum, draining the annulus for catching grease from inside the hub might be experimentally stopped up as it is understood that Repair Department do not know of any instance of grease escaping from the front hub on to the brakes, but the hole which drains the catcher from the camshaft does sometimes discharge oil, and we think should be baffled to prevent the entry of water.

We send herewith N. Sch.4370 shewing suggestions for a baffle for existing cars and also for future.

N.Sch.4370. herewith.
