With reference to BY/CGill/G16.4.29.

In answer to question 1. We have not had an opportunity of weighing an SS.{S. Smith} chassis with tubular members.

We are sending you herewith chassis weight with cross in it. We do not think there will be any appreciable difference between the front and rear weight distribution on tubular membered cars.

WEIGHT.
19-EX - full of petrol, oil, water, battery fitted, instruments, two spare wheels at rear, no front wing stays, but head lamp brackets - cross in frame, original SS.{S. Smith} exhaust system :
