10/7/13. Mr Haldenby reports re chassis 2300:-
"I find the double rear brakes on this car to be in excellent condition as regards wear.
The footbrake shoes seem almost as good as new and should easily last a further 10,000 miles.
The hand brake is also very good but is rather more worn than the footbrake. It does not require re-lining by a long way however and might last the same distance again."
