GRY{Shadwell Grylls} S/W. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} X719 LE8/C/13.3.33. Re Servos. With reference to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gryll/KT9.3.33., we do not get an opportunity of seeing many cars after they have been in service for some time, but we certainly have had less trouble with new cars recently. We have had two cases, one 20/25 and one 40/50 HP. where the servo has been ineffective and "N" have dismantled this and found the trouble due to oil on the surfaces. Otherwise we have not had any servo trouble for some time. J.L.E. | ||
