X. 2894 TUNGSTEN CONTACT POINTS FOR GOSHAWK Would you kindly let me have a report on the behaviour of the following two pairs of tungsten contact points:- AL "Normal" tungsten points handed to you by RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} for 7-G.II. on 11.9.22. Note:- It is understood that this pair of contact points was fitted to the car and the ordinary platinum points carried as spares. AO "Eska" tungsten points, handed to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} for 4-G-II on 11.9.22. Note:- It is understood that these were run on the car for a short while, after which platinum points were replaced for the car to go to London. Please let us have a report on the history of these points to date. EFC. | ||
