X.2894 - Tungsten Contacts for Battery Ignition. I confirm mine Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}1/NJ30.4.21. We are this morning in receipt of a further letter from C.Melin & Co. dated 14th inst. as follows:- "On the 29th April last we had pleasure in sending you samples of BLADES and SCREWS mounted with Tungsten to your specification (your letter April 7th) and as we do not appear to have received any reply we would take this opportunity of enquiring whether you found same satisfactory. "We should feel greatly obliged if you will let us have your report upon the tests carried out, and we hope that we may be favoured with your esteemed commands."
