With reference to the above memo advising that great care should be taken that the Solicitors should be consulted before any letters are written in cases which there may be possible claims at law, which memo arose out of the happening of a motor car accident, will you kindly see that in the event of any such letter being written that it is submitted to D so that he may take the necessary action to see that CJ's wishes are carried out.
