'V' series cars will be cooler than the old type 40/50 under the scuttle. We should not like to say however, that it is possible to do away with the Spinney type of ventilator. In very hot weather it is impossible to get too much ventilation.
We would not recommend any different policy for the ventilation of the scuttle to that we have used on the 40/50 cars.
