Petrol Pump.

On the off side in between Nos. 5 and 6 cylinders. LARGE ONE.

Exhaust System.

The two downtakes separately lagged, but having a common sheathing running into a large capacity box.

Front end of Crankcase.

To save weight and to simplify the front end the crankcase will be faced off level with the front bearing and a plate used to carry the wheel and the bottom rubber mounting.

Rear End.

Bolting of the clutch casing to the engine will be on the lines of the Oldsmobile and as shown on FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}49. The rear bearings to have a submerged pipe.

Flywheel and Clutch.

Provision for 10" Borg and Beck.

Electrical Equipment.

This was not discussed at this meeting as this had been dealt with previously between By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} and Lucas.

PROGRAMME.

The engine to be completely built by the month of May next year.

Designs to be finished, and large parts instructed by the end of February.
