Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Major Searight.

On the 29th June last, you supplied us with a special Cream Dial Head for a petrol gauge on Mr. Royce's car.

We were to send you back the original head at the time, but this was apparently not done. We have your invoice on this matter to our order No. 90686, and having now mislaid the 20 HP. gauge head we are sending to you a 40/50 head in lieu thereof.

We shall be obliged if you will explain the matter to your Accounts Dept., so that the outstanding sum of £1. 18. 3d. against this head may be settled up.

Yours faithfully,

For Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.
