X235 S/W....from PN.{Mr Northey} Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [Redacted Names] PN.{Mr Northey}5/WT31.10.28. HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBERS. Recently the shock absorbers on the rear of our 20 H.P. Weymann trials car became noisy, and N. found it necessary to replace these with new ones, the car only having run 7,100 miles. We are anxiously awaiting a report stating exactly what has happened to these shock absorbers, in order to guide us as to whether we are to expect similar trouble from owners in invequivalent circumstances. YThe front shock absorbers of our Barkerlite 20 H.P. Saloon are now also noisy and N. is being asked to deal with these. It remains to be seen whether the trouble is of a similar description.
