If you are satisfied that the ten lbs. springs together with the CM3 quality brush are satisfactory, will you please arrange for standardisation sheet to be prepared for this as soon as possible. We should not hesitate to scrap the old type springs, but I do not think we should scrap the brushes, not should we risk any hold up with production, as I understand the situation is not sufficiently serious.
