Contd. -2- R4/G4.5.21. Up to the moment, however, we are very disappointed with the supply of dynamos over here. Either we cannot get one of the correct size, output, and speed, or its operation or manufacture in bulk is not satisfactory. In conclusion, I understand that the Delco company will not supply you with their battery ignition unless they do the whole of the electrical equipment on the car, and as their ignition is the only one I have seen that has been well tested in practice, which promises to be satisfactory, I have recommended that you get into communication with these people for the whole of the car equipment with the exception of the magneto.
