Dear Mr. Rowbotham,

The cars dealt with in THE MOTOR road tests for February were:-

Autovia V-8
Daimler Straight-Eight
Humber Sixteen
Lincoln Zephyr
Morris Twenty-five
Studebaker Commander

These form a group of high performance cars having engines varying in capacity from approximately 2½ to 4½ litres, and ranging in price from just over £300 to approximately £1,700.

The second Technical Review will be published on Tuesday, March 8, and will deal with frame design and give illustrations of X-brace, cruciform and box-section frames, also examples of composite body and chassis construction.

Since this review went to press certain new information regarding frames has become available from the Berlin Show, and an amending paragraph will be published in THE MOTOR on the same date.
