I am sending you a list of things for which we might be likely to want your signature.

I think that the best way to deal with this matter is for you to say that if we are all in agreement on any of these points, or other points during your absence, we could safely let the job go through, but if there are any points where there is a difference of opinion, it should wait for your signature.
