-2- EFC5/T7.2.18. Contd. will drive this, so that we can arrange for the correct conditions. X.1782 X2048 As regards the testing set asked for by Mr. Royce in his memo R3/W17118, we have made enquiries of Messrs. Weston and they offer us their model 45 instrument which can be supplied with two ranges of amperes or volts, self contained, at a price of 5 1/2 guineas, and state that this instrument is designed to meet the demand for a low priced plrtable instrument. We think, therefore, that it would quite suit Mr. Royce's requirements. If we obtain the milli-voltmeter to model reading to 1.5 and/15 volts, we can make suitable shunts to make the instrument read to 1.5 and to 15 amperes. EFC. | ||
