A hydraulic valve controls the nozzle being urged in the opening and in the closing directions by the pressure in an accumulator fed by a pump, a rotating distributor cuts off the closing pressure at the material time of nozzle opening. 526,730 E.E.Guinness and S.R. Rotary engines. Morrison. The vanes of a rotary engine, (which includes a supercharger) are formed as pairs of rollers carried in a suitable cage. The outer roller of each pair runs on the rotor casing, the inner on an eccentric. Rollers are free to perform radial movement in the cage. 526,737 H.Gallusser. Vehicle Brakes. Internally expanding brakes are applied by two levers hinged to the ends of the shoes and joined by a rod near the end of the levers. At the other end one is hinged to the fixed part and the other to the operating mechanism through an automatic adjusting device for wear, all these parts being housed between the brake shoes. 526,789 E.Bugatti.
