EH. from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} LID{A. J. Lidsey} X180 See me Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}7/GR.{George Ratcliffe}10.11.32. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} COACHWORK & EXPERIMENTAL CARS. Thanks for your EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}7/2.11.32., and I wish to say that I have read this note with considerable pleasure and agreement. It is important, I think, for the Experimental Dept. to completely co-operate with the Coachbuilders, because by so doing we shall get a better motor-car for the customer, and I further believe that your proposals will, in the long run, be a much better method than that of dealing with our local Coachbuilders. It is true to say that Sanderson & Holmes do little or no body-building nowadays. Therefore, if you, Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and Sales continue to co-operate and you find us a really good coachbuilder for our experimental work, definite progress will be made. I trust when you discuss this matter with Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} we shall be able to embody your suggestion. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Handwritten note: Repair Dept can allot space in Wks Garage for one car. Present body man would not be sufficiently capable for our job; he is a general odd job man.
