Dear Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}

Am leaving for Hotel Hoch-finstermünz, Tirol, Austria. tomorrow.

Have spent some fruitful time at Châteauroux.

Several interesting points have been discussed and aggreed with P.W.H.

The worst feature of the parts now being produced for SpectreCodename for Phantom III is the front Suspension is the hump buffer. These have failed badly on S.3 from 2 reasons (i) Excessive oil leaks (ii) The metal pad which the buffer hits on the bottom
