To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} <s>Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}</s> 1104 In the information which Cry.gave about numbers of cars sold and which was found to be incorrect, he said that all the 27 HP cars were Humbers and that they sold so many per annum, the price of which ranged from £730 to £900. I find this also is incorrect because the Humber Snipe has exactly the same sized engine as the Humber Pullman and the Humber Snipe in 1937 has been selling as a complete car at £475-£550, so if he has taken the 27 HP he has included cars from £475 to £900 which is very different from £730 to £900, especially as the bulk of them are likely to be the less expensive ones. Is he certain that there is no other 27 HP car than the Humber? Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
