| 346. PHANTOM II - FRONT SPRINGS. There are 69 Phantom 11. front springs in the Stores which are obsolete, for which we have no outlet in the future. These springs will have to be scrapped. Will the C.O. kindly make the necessary arrangements to scrap the springs in question, and get them cleared out of the Stores, as they are only taking up space which is required for other purposes.
