For the attention of G.R.G.Gates,Esq.,

Dear Sir,

We should like to fix up
one of your tandem cylinders for hydraulic
brakes all round one of our cars. The system
is required for experimental purposes with two
leading shoes and no servo motor.

The car is a 30 h.p. Bentley
of 33 cwt. total unladen weight, this being
distributed on the ratio 16 cwt. front to 17
cwt. rear.

The wheel base of the car
is 10 ft. 4" and the height of the C.F.G.
approximately 23".

The front pipe connection
would be as at present fitted to some of our cars,
with the wheel cylinders at the top.

On the near brakes however,
it might be necessary to have the wheel cylinders
at the back of the drums, thus altering the position
of the bleed holes.
