12.B.V.
This chassis is also at the Coachbuilders and is due back on the 13th, The engine unit for this chassis is B.V.No.5 and is still in 14.B.V. at the Coachbuilders in France. If this unit is not ready in time it is suggested that Wraith III No.10 could be fitted temporarily, and we will make the necessary changeover when 14.B.V. arrives back. As this latter unit is the unit allocated for 14.B.V. LK.{L. King} requested that a complete shortage list be compiled to make sure that all details are ready for fitment when this car arrives back.

14.B.V. Continental Chassis.
This is still at the Coachbuilders in France having the body fitted and we are informed by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} that same is due back on the 22nd. It was reported by LK.{L. King} that all necessary details required for this chassis for test will be O.K. in time for the cars' return. Will all concerned make sure that nothing is missing, a complete shortage list is to be compiled. It must not be overlooked that an All Helical Overdrive Gear Box is required on this chassis, also a rear axle with 12 x 41 ratio gears.

3.B.50.
This car has now been passed to test 28th April, at present in the shop having correct axle fitted, it must not be overlooked that before this car leaves for France the correct ratio axle gears must be fitted, namely, 10 x 41; also an All Helical Gear Box with standard ratio gears.

Handwritten note: Does Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} want lower ratio - Ready for prop bearing
