FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} c. to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} RE. 20.HP. ALL-WEATHER - HEADLAMPS. x4555 x4090 We do not think the revised scheme of dipping head lights will be perfected in time to be fitted to this car. We therefore wish you to send the coachbuilders two lamps RB.{R. Bowen}65. with the necessary brackets so that they can provide this car with fixed lights. It will be possible at some later date no doubt to fit a set of dipping lamps. We wish the twisting spring on the engine foot countershaft called for on our N.Sch. 1355 to give 10 inch lbs of torque to be reduced so as to give 1 inch lb.
