DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

"BRAMMER" BELTING.

We realise that you were not satisfied with your experience of our belting, and that you had many complaints.

This has been a matter of extreme regret to us, and as our AIM is to give ENTIRE SATISFACTION, everything relating to this question has been carefully and thoroughly investigated.

The evidence indisputably points to one outstanding fact:- that is the UNSUITABILITY OF THE LEATHER used in its construction. That point being perfectly clear, we have had this proposition considered by a gentleman who is an expert in all that appertains to the tanning of leather, and from his conclusions we have had a leather manufactured embodying all that is necessary for our purpose.

This being so, may we ask you to kindly test a further length of our belting which we are forwarding onto you under separate cover, and you will be agreeably surprised at its effectiveness and durability.

May we point out that very few inventions are perfect when first placed on the market, and SUCCESS is only achieved by PERSEVERANCE and the DETERMINATION to overcome the difficulties incidental to a NEW INVENTION.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,

p.p. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} BRAMMER & CO. LTD.

MANAGING DIRECTOR.
