Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} [Handwritten left margin: 1245] Levallois Sr8/ET.15.II.37 Re: CHASSIS B.35.KU - PARIS TRIAL CAR Further to our telephone conversation of this afternoon concerning my low oil pressure (10 lbs. hot) and the condition of my bearings and in view of my remarks and yours, are we to continue fitting A.C-2 as it is to-day, as replacement metal for the 4 1/4 litre where it is necessary (and as you know quite a large number of our 4 1/4 litres over here have go to be attended to), or should we revise the understanding and try and wait a little longer until further developments on the A.C-2 have solved the present problem? I have asked VA. to give you as much information as possible on my bearings as they are to-day, after 2147 Kms. plus whatever Hancock did with the car before we had it, and I trust this will be of interest to you.
