As far as he is aware, while the Klaxon and bulb horns are not wholly successful, and rather expensive, no one has produced a cheaper substitute which fulfils our requirements. We understand that Derby fitted a pancake vibrator horn on the headlamp bracket of cars going to France, as this is the only means whereby they can make themselves heard.
