BATCH OF STANDARDISED CLOSE COUPLED
SALOON BODIES FOR BENTLEY V.{VIENNA}

Body Design.
The body to be like that of 9.B.5. made to FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}206. in external appearance, except otherwise herein stated. All of the internal dimensions of 9.B.5. (FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}206) to be adhered to.

Construction.
The construction of 9.B.5. to be used throughout for all structural parts and panels, both for material and gauge. Doors and luggage boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} panelled in alum. all of the rest of the body in steel.

Front Wings.
Helmet wings without separate inside valance, and made in aluminium as on 9.B.5. Accommodation for wing lamp in helmet; mud-lip 1.000 wide carried well round nose of wing. Well for spare wheel on offside to suit wire wheel with Cornercroft cover.

Rear Wings.
Helmet type in alum. as on 9.B.5. bolted on to wheelarch. Accommodation for stop and tail lamp each side. Petrol filler in nearside wing.

Running Boards.
No running boards are recommended as on 9.B.5. As an alternative a diminutive swept running board can be applied when a customer insists on this feature. These boards would be in alum. with rubber strips.

Doors.
Overall locks, strengthened in the female wedge by use of better material. Wind noise seal to doors as on 9.B.5. Dropping windows with light type winding lifts except to the driver's door which shall have a quick-lift. Interior handles on lock spindles - Private lock. Windows of Lancegaye laminated Glass 3/16ths. hinges to have stainless steel pins. Front doors to have light type section at screen, all of above as 9.B.5.
