Screen.
Opening screen of rigid section with external rubber seal as on 9.B.5. Control by chain and winder in centre with circular operating handle. No slack in chain. Triplex Laminated glass 3/16" thick.

Luggage Boot.
Luggage boot of dimensions of 9.B.5. with no plywood sideboards so as to accommodate golf-clubs. Radius of junction between boot and rear quarter to be reduced from that of 9.B.5. to give lighter appearance. Space behind petrol tank and under boot floor to be made into a useful locker. Rear boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} to act as a cantilever luggage flap and to have two boot locks operated by a central handle, with lock. Fixed squab board to make a gastight seal between the boot and the body as also the concealed blind box. Boot floor must be gastight. Boot lid{A. J. Lidsey} to have complete gas and water seal.

Floors.
Front floor, to be fitted up in Ply Balso wood to chassis drawings. Rear floor to be of ply-balso wood as on 9.B.5. sloping slightly from the sill to the centre so obscuring the propeller shaft tunnel. Ramp for rear passengers feet.

Sunshine Roof.
As on 9.B.5. All precautions to be taken to prevent water leaks and wind noises and rattles. Drains to come out of side of cantrail at front and cornice to extend down screen pillar.

Scuttle & Dash.
Sheet metal dash bolted solid to body. Support for steering column to be provided in scuttle framing as on 9.B.5. Scuttle to have integral bead at top at the back edge of the bonnet.

Instrument Board.
Arrangement of instruments as on 9.B.5. with illumination as on 8.B.5. (Scheme being made).
